The sizer, first
Choose "Send a sizer first" and we post a complimentary ring sizer before the workshop begins. Your piece is held; your delivery window starts the moment you confirm. A day of wearing the sizer — warm evening, cold morning — tells the truth no chart can.
The borrowed ring
Proposing in secret? Borrow a ring she wears on the same finger and we will match it. A photograph of the ring on a ruler works surprisingly well.
The free resize
Every made-to-order piece includes a complimentary resize within 60 days, and the first resize on any Sertelle piece is free, whenever it happens. Fingers change. Rings should keep up.
