Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned unworn within 30 days for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fee, no small print with teeth.
How it works
- Email hello@sertelle.co.uk — or reply to your order confirmation — within 30 days of delivery.
- We send a pre-paid, fully insured return label the same working day.
- Post the piece in its Sertelle box with the certificate. Insurance covers it door to door.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 working days of the piece reaching the bench — usually faster.
The honest definition of "unworn"
Tried on at home, turned in the light, shown to a friend: unworn. Worn to dinner: worn. We check every return under the loupe, and pieces that come back as they left are refunded without discussion.
Made to order, made for you
Pieces made to your configuration — your metal, your carat, your size — are made for you alone, so the 30-day return does not apply. In its place:
- A complimentary resize within 60 days;
- The Lifetime Warranty on the making, forever;
- And a plain promise: if something is not right, we put it right.
Exchanges and gifts
Exchanges follow the same window with the price difference settled either way. Gift returns are refunded to the purchaser or exchanged for the recipient — quietly, without spoiling anyone's story.
