- Europe — 2–4 working days, complimentary on orders over £500, otherwise £25.
- United States & Canada — 3–5 working days, complimentary over £500, otherwise £35.
- Rest of world — 4–7 working days by insured courier; rates shown at checkout.
Made-to-order pieces add their 10–14 making days before dispatch, wherever they are headed.
Duties and taxes, handled
We ship DDP — delivered duty paid. Import duty and local taxes are calculated and settled at checkout, so there is no courier invoice on the doorstep and no customs surprise. Your certificate travels inside the parcel; a commercial invoice travels outside, with a plain sender name.
