Every parcel is insured door to door, signed for, and quietly packaged. No brand on the box; the occasion stays yours.
Timings
- Ready-to-ship pieces — complimentary next-working-day delivery when ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
- Made-to-order pieces — made in 10–14 days, then sent next-day. You will receive a note the moment your piece passes final inspection.
- Saturday delivery — available at checkout for the impatient and the surprising.
How it travels
Fully insured from our atelier to your signature, by tracked courier. The outer box is plain and unbranded; inside is the ivory Sertelle box, tied in champagne ribbon, with your certificate and care papers beneath the lid. Tracking arrives by email and, if you wish, by text.
Delivery on your terms
- A signature is always required — parcels are never left in porches, with neighbours, or "somewhere safe".
- Redirect to a work address at checkout, or collect from the courier's local branch with photo ID.
- Proposing? Add a delivery note and we will use a plain sender name.
If something goes wrong
Insurance is ours to worry about, not yours. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, email hello@sertelle.co.uk and we resolve it — including remaking the piece if it comes to that.
