Is a lab-grown diamond a real diamond
Yes — carbon, crystallised. Atomically identical to a mined stone, graded by the same laboratories on the same scales, and indistinguishable under a jeweller's loupe. The certificate says diamond because it is one.
How long until the ring arrives
Made to order in 10–14 days at our London bench, then sent next-day by insured, signed-for delivery. Choosing "send a sizer first" pauses the clock until you confirm her size.
What if the size is wrong
Every made-to-order ring includes a complimentary resize within 60 days, and the first resize on any Sertelle ring is free, whenever it happens.
What exactly do I receive
The finished ring, hallmarked at the London Assay Office; the original IGI or GIA report; care papers; and the ivory box, tied in champagne ribbon, in plain outer packaging.
Can I return a made-to-order ring
Pieces made to your configuration are made for you alone, so standard returns do not apply — in their place, the free 60-day resize and our lifetime warranty on the making. If something is not right, we put it right. Details on the returns page.
Can I see it before I decide
Every stone in the builder carries its own 360 video — the actual stone, filmed before it is set, alongside its full grading report. What you choose is what arrives.
