- What size am I? — and how to measure at home, or ask us for a free sizer.
- Can I return it? — including where made-to-order changes things.
- When will it arrive? — and how it is packed and insured.
- Is a lab-grown diamond a real diamond? — yes, and here is why.
- It does not fit — your first resize is on us.

We are an online workshop, not a shop you can walk into — which is part of how the pieces stay the price they are. Everything is made to order and sent by insured, signed-for delivery.
Something has gone wrong
Tell us plainly and we will fix it. If a piece is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full — see Terms & Conditions. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you may refer it to an approved ADR provider; we will tell you which applies to your case.
